Dr Phoebe Cook

Dr. Phoebe Cook is a registered psychologist who genuinely cares for the wellbeing of others. She is passionate about helping people to overcome challenges, build resilience and reach their goals so that they can lead more fulfilling and satisfying lives. Phoebe sees each client as an individual and provides therapies that best suit their unique goals, backgrounds and circumstances and that have scientific evidence to support them including

  • CBT,
  • ACT,
  • mindfulness,
  • solution focused and
  • strengths based approaches.

Phoebe’s areas of interest are:

  • depression and anxiety,
  • self-esteem and self-doubt issues,
  • career coaching and counselling,
  • stress management,
  • burnout at work,
  • resilience training and
  • support during major transitions in life including parenting, returning to work and retirement.

Phoebe has experience administering psychometric assessments for career coaching purposes.

Phoebe is available Tuesdays until late and Wednesdays.
