Life brings us experiences that challenge our safety, values, beliefs and our assumptions. We experience change in our mood and our capacity to deal with stress, trauma and unexpected life events. At that point in our lives it is important that we are able to share our experiences with someone who can be objective and supportive in a non-judgmental and non-critical way.
