Michelle takes a person-centred, integrated and relational approach to therapy, working through a psychodynamic and trauma-informed lens, and drawing from modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT and narrative therapy where needed. She works mostly with adult clients in areas including anxiety, depression, loss, grief, relationship concerns, identity and self-esteem, PTSD and complex trauma. She strives to work collaboratively and to empower the people she works with to find their own voice, strengths and solutions.
