Michelle Doherty

Michelle takes a person-centred, integrated and relational approach to therapy, working through a psychodynamic and trauma-informed lens, and drawing from modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT and narrative therapy where needed. She works mostly with adult clients in areas including anxiety, depression, loss, grief, relationship concerns, identity and self-esteem, PTSD and complex trauma. She strives to work collaboratively and to empower the people she works with to find their own voice, strengths and solutions.

Lee McGregor

Lee holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology. Lee works with people who are experiencing, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family related problems, developmental trauma, relationship difficulties, relational trauma, and adult ADHD.  Lee works with adults, utilising a psychodynamic approach as well as an integration of other therapies, including CBT and Family Systems. 

Gregory Dean

Greg is an Endorsed Counselling Psychologist who has worked in counselling and psychotherapy for over thirty years. He works with people to assist them to live better with the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety and family of origin issues in their lives.
