Cancellation Policy
You will receive a confirmation text 48hr prior to your appointment. Please respond with a YES or NO. Please do not attend if you are unwell and notify us more than 24 hours before your appointment if you are unable to attend or a 50% Cancellation fee will apply. This allows us to make appointments available for clients on our waitlist.

- General Psychologist $220
50min Session (rebates may apply)
- Endorsed Psychologist $240
50min Session - Endorsed Psychologists have additional training and hold an area of practice endorsement approved by the Psychology Board (Medicare rebates may apply)
- Relationship & Couples Counselling Rates Vary
50min Sessions (Medicare rebates DO NOT apply however Private Health Funds may provide rebates)
- Peer Supervision $215 +GST
Face to face or online supervision for Psychologists and Counsellors to debrief, conceptualise cases, unpack ethical issues, gain perspective and grow professionally. (Medicare rebates DO NOT apply however Private Health Funds may provide rebates)

Face-to-face or online coaching sessions. Includes optional free 1/2 hr discovery call for new clients to unpack whether coaching would meet your needs and relevant resources. (Medicare rebates DO NOT apply however Private Health Funds may provide rebates)

- Career Motivate Sessions $198 +GST
50 min face to face or online Career Development session (Medicare rebates DO NOT apply however Private Health Funds may provide rebates)
- Online Career Development Package $220 +GST
This includes a half hour needs assessment resulting in an individually curated online portal of resources and activities. Accessible 24/7 for 12 months. Allowing virtual interaction between you and your Career Development Practitioner. (Medicare rebates DO NOT apply however Private Health Funds may provide rebates)
Medicare
Your doctor can write a GP Mental Heath Care Plan and referral letter that entitles you to a Medicare rebate for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. To access this rebate, talk with your doctor.
The issues covered by Medicare are:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Anger
- Panic
- Adjustment disorder
- Grief and loss
- Phobias
- Sexual problems
- Childhood trauma and
- Post Traumatic Stress
- Eating disorders
- Alcohol and drug misuse
- Sleep problems
Private Health Fund Rebates
If you are insured with a Private Health Fund and have Extras, you may be eligible for rebates for psychological therapy. You do not require a Mental Health Care Plan or referral to attend and claim privately.
To determine your eligibility, and rebate, call your fund. They will tell you the specific amounts to which you are entitled. Bring your health fund card with you and we can process your rebate with our HiCaps machine on the spot.
You cannot obtain a health fund rebate AND a Medicare rebate for the same session.
Payment Methods
At your appointment you can pay via cash, credit or debit card. Then, if you are eligible for a Medicare rebate we can process the claim so that it is deposited directly into your account. Private Rebates can also be claimed such that only the gap fee will be charged.

- Increases in fees will be considered only in response to rising costs.
- Fees will be fixed for 12 months providing consistency for clients.
- A concession rate may be available for those experiencing financial hardship (at the discretion of the Psychologist)

- Clients will be notified in a timely manner – 1 month prior to change in fees
- Clients will be able to provide feedback
- All efforts will be made to ensure services and support is maintained or appropriate referral is provided to ensure continuity of care
