Lara Patty

Lara works with adolescents (16+) and adults across a wide range of presenting issues, including anxiety, OCD, depression, identity and self-esteem concerns, relational and attachment difficulties, grief and loss, spiritual and religious conflict, childhood trauma, and life transitions. She takes an integrative therapeutic approach draws from Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Trauma-Informed Therapy.

Louise Kelly

Louise is a passionate registered psychologist with extensive experience working with clients at times of difficulty and crisis. With a background in education, Louise enjoys facilitating mental health literacy programs aimed at developing practical skills to navigate life’s challenges. Louise uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients address a variety of psychological challenges.

Shelley Phillips

Shelley Phillips is a registered Psychologist with 18-years experience working to support clients within organisational and counselling psychology. She aims to support mental health and wellbeing via her warm, caring and evidence-based approach.

Gregory Dean

Greg is an Endorsed Counselling Psychologist who has worked in counselling and psychotherapy for over thirty years. He works with people to assist them to live better with the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety and family of origin issues in their lives.

Rita Mesch

Rita is a registered teacher and counselling psychologist who is dedicated to provide support and psychotherapy for a diverse range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, life transitions and relationship issues.

Beth Keane

Beth is a registered Psychologist who has a passion for growth and development. She applies the principles of positive psychology and utilises strengths and values-based approaches when working with clients to achieve enhanced wellbeing. Beth supports clients experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Vicarious Trauma, Stress and Burnout and Career Development.
