Louise is dedicated to utilizing evidence-based practices to promote mental health and well-being. She uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients address a variety of psychological challenges.
With a background in education, Louise enjoys facilitating mental health literacy programs aimed at developing practical skills to navigate life’s challenges.
