We provide individual therapy and counselling that is tailored to your specific needs and goals. During counselling, your psychologist may utilise techniques from a range of therapies to ensure the most effective outcome for you. You may also be asked to complete some ‘homework’ to help you understand what has been discussed or to practice new strategies. Individual sessions are around 50 minutes and can be provided face to face, online via telehealth or by phone.
