Growth Coaching and Life Design
Coaching can help you identify personally meaningful goals and life directions. You will explore and identify strategies to capitalise on your strengths, working through change in a warm, supportive manner. The goal is to move closer towards your ideal, flourishing self and life. Coaching could be related to personal growth, re-energising a career, ongoing learning, effectiveness at work or study, leadership, resilience and wellbeing.
Growth Career Development
Growth Careers offers a psychological perspective on careers, applying the principles of positive psychology and utilising strength and values based approaches when assisting clients. Working with a Career Practitioner can support you increase your awareness of your personal attributes, skills, strengths and values. Explore aligned careers options and pathways. They can also assist you with strategies to look for work, apply for roles and develop your networks.
We also provide professional peer supervision for psychologists and counsellors, offering space for reflective practice and case discussion.
