Life brings us experiences that challenge our safety, values, beliefs and our assumptions. We experience change in our mood and our capacity to deal with stress, trauma and unexpected life events. At that point in our lives it is important that we are able to share our experiences with someone who can be objective and supportive in a non-judgmental and non-critical way. Rita is a registered teacher and counselling psychologist who is dedicated to provide support and psychotherapy for a diverse range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, grief, life transitions and relationship issues. Rita uses a range of approaches and her main framework is based on Process Oriented Psychology that allows people to become aware of their own capacity to affect and bring about change in their lives.
